Refund/Cancellation Policy
1st Choice CIMCE Providers - Feliciano & Associates reserves the right to cancel any workshop or conference within 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop or conference, if the minimum amount of attendees is not met, or any other situation that arises which 1st Choice CIMCE Providers - Feliciano & Associates deems necessary. Full refunds will be issued to registered, paid in full attendees, no later than ten (10) business days after the scheduled workshop or conference.
Attendees who cancel workshop attendance 72 hours or more in advance of the scheduled workshop or conference, will receive a full refund no later than ten (10) business days after the scheduled workshop or conference date. All instructor led courses must be taken on scheduled weekend. Cannot be spread out.
Attendees who cancel training with less than 72 hours prior to training, will receive a refund of 25% of fees paid.
